Message from the President

Fellow Members,

Orange County is in a pivotal election year, and the stakes could not be higher.

We are fighting all the way to Election Day. I’ve encouraged you to support our candidates, attend meet and greets, and stay engaged, but now I want to be absolutely clear: we cannot afford to lose a single Republican seat. Local control matters. Leadership matters. What we do in these final days will determine the future of our communities.

Every Monday, watch your inbox for candidate event announcements. Show up when you can, and just as importantly, share those opportunities within your network. Momentum grows when we expand our reach.

What’s happening across Orange County right now is something special. Republican clubs, including the Lincoln Club of Orange County, are joining forces like never before. This level of coordination and unity is rare, and it’s powerful. Be part of it. This is a moment you’ll want to say you helped shape.

We are already seeing the impact of that unity. The California Voter ID Initiative 2026 has qualified for the November ballot, and it’s expected to drive significant voter turnout. That energy will matter up and down the ticket.

As for the governor’s race, it remains too close to call. The most strategic path forward is simple: rally behind the Republican candidate who is leading in the polls so we ensure a Republican advances to November. Unity is how we win.

It has now been one year since I stepped into the role of President of Newport Harbor Republican Women. Serving you during such a consequential time has been an honor I do not take lightly.

If you’re ready to step up and make an even greater impact, I encourage you to contact me directly about serving on the NHRW board at contact@nhrw.org. We are building the next chapter of leadership now.

Jenny Golden, President
